Обоснование: Соответствие предложения ООО «Промнасосинжиниринг» г. Уфа требованиям закупочной документации с наименьшей ценой. Соответствие предложения ООО «ПРО ГРЭС» г. Москва закупочной документации с наибольшей ценой. В соответствии с пунктом 7.9.3. Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для ОАО «НПК «Уралвагонзавод» (непредставление сведений и документов, установленных в закупочной документации, либо наличие в таких документах недостоверных сведений) отклонить от участия в настоящей процедуре организацию ООО «РосПромТехнологии» г. Екатеринбург не представлены документы в соответствии с пунктом 4.5.2.1.8. Документации - Копия, заверенная Участником бухгалтерского баланса вместе с отчетом о прибылях и убытках предыдущего года, поданных в установленном порядке в Инспекцию МНС России по месту регистрации Участника с отметкой об их приеме.
