Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the completed works is made with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) an invoice,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP:
Payment for the completed works is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, an invoice, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Due date: From March 15, 2024 to May 15, 2024.
If there are grounds for obtaining a negative Conclusion, the Contractor is obliged to notify the Customer in advance.
Early execution of works is possible.
