Performing emergency recovery and additional work at facilities and communication lines in the cities of the Eastern region for a period of two years
Comments: In this event, contractors are selected who will confirm their readiness to perform work according to the subject of the request.
All the necessary information and requirements are set out in the Instructions to Participants and annexes to it (Qualification Requirements, Template of the Agreement, Terms of Reference, etc.).
PJSC VimpelCom reserves the right to determine the winners based on:
1) Results of compliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial sustainability assessment results
3) The results of assessing the corporate security unit for the presence / absence of interaction risks.

Lot 5 - Rep. Khakassia, Rep. Tyva
Lot 6 - Omsk region
Lot 7 - Tomsk region
Lot 8 - Irkutsk region
Lot 9 - Rep. Buryatia
Lot 10 - Trans-Baikal Territory
Lot 11 - Rep. Sakha (Yakutia)
Lot 12 - Amur region
Lot 13 - Khabarovsk Territory and the Jewish Autonomous Region
Lot 14 - Chukotka Autonomous Okrug
Lot 15 - Primorsky Territory
Lot 16 - Sakhalin region
Lot 17 - Magadan region
Lot 18 - Kamchatka Territory
Each supplier can apply for any number of Lots.
Participants need:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit it electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), complementing the supporting documents specified in the Application.
2) Fill out Appendix No. 5 with primary prices (described in more detail in clause 3.1. Instructions to the participant).
3) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix No. 6) to submit only in electronic form (XLS). To be completed for the last three reporting years.
