T2-Mobile company, Tele2 brand, invites organizations to take part in the prequalification of companies to choose AVR on Tele2 fiber communication lines in the Ural macro-region (Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Republic of Bashkortostan, Orenburg, Tyumen Regions, Perm Krai , Republic of Komi, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in 2019-2021.
The provision of services simultaneously in all regions of the Russian Federation that are part of MR Ural Tele2 is not a requirement.
At this stage it is necessary to provide:
1. Participant Application Form (Appendix 1) in scanned form and in excel.
2. A list of copies of documents on the organization specified in Appendix 2 (and the Appendix 2 itself in excel format).
3. The NDA Tele2 Agreement (Appendix 3) is scanned.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data (Appendix 4) in scanned form.
5. Member Handbook (Appendix 5) in excel format.
