Comments:
It is necessary to consider:
1. Costs for undergoing quarantine measures:
- on average RUB 1,700.00-1,900.00 excluding VAT per day per person with three meals a day;
- during the quarantine period (7 days), the sample is taken twice - 2,553.00 rubles. excluding VAT per person for 1 analysis.
2. For the period of execution of works:
- costs of living and kicking on the territory of JSC PAVLIK:
meals: - 677.64 rubles including VAT
accommodation - 629.82 with VAT.

Participants who have not attached a commercial proposal are not accepted for consideration.

1. Commercial proposals are accepted for consideration, drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, with a signature and seal.
Upload commercial proposal for the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with seal and contacts of the artist. 2. Excel or Word.

2. Preferred payment terms: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.

3. A prerequisite for all tenderers is agreement with the proposed form of the contract, especially in terms of payment and penalties (It is recommended to attach a letter)

4. Attach a reference list of similar works for 5 years.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka; data is attached to interact with the logistics company. The participant company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

6. The TCH is valid for at least 60 calendar days.
7. The attached agreement and specification are the approved standard contractual documentation of JSC Pavlik and serve to familiarize the participants with the basic conditions in terms of payment terms, penalties, the place of consideration of disputes, the procedure for submitting documents

This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of an agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the conditions of the competition.
