Сметная документация составлена в ТЕР 2001 года по Оренбургской области в редакции 2009 года.

Возможно выполнение как всего комплекса работ, так и комплекса работ сгруппированных в одно технической задание.

Цена формируется путем перемножения базисной стоимости на ежеквартальные коэффициенты утверждаемые региональным центром ценооборазования и на договорной коэффциент, определенный в результате торгов.
