Auto-extension

In case of advance payment of more than 1 000 000 rubles including VAT, the Supplier/Contractor shall provide a bank guarantee in the Bank of the Top 10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. A letter from a bank confirming availability of a bank guarantee amounting to the advance payment shall be provided.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, conducted quotation request.
According to the requirements of the Terms of Reference, the period of work is 20 calendar days (April 2020 - May 2020).

Comments:
Be sure to attach all documentation according to the quotation request. Participants who have not made a visit to the facilities for familiarization with the scope of work are not allowed to the tender.

This Request for Commercial Proposals is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizers (trade procedure) within the framework of the procedure of request for commercial offers, $ which (as well as the ongoing tender) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code, and is not a public tender and is not regulated by Art. 1057-1065 of the Civil Code RF.
