Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
2. Payment for the work performed shall be made by the Customer within 60 (sixty) banking days after the signing of the acts on the work performed.
Delivery terms:
1. The deadline is 10 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
2. Certification of engineers and industrial safety performers of hazardous production facilities.
3. The warranty period is 48 months.
4. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
At the request of the customer
5. In the TCH proposal, indicate the deadline for the work, as well as provide a local estimate.

7. Coordinate the PPR with the Customer. 8. The personnel must be certified for this type of work.
Comments: Draw your attention to:
1. The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the performance of work.
2. The cost of materials and equipment used, including transport costs and procurement and storage costs, is confirmed by payment documents upon delivery and acceptance of the work performed. The cost of materials and equipment is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of the purchase, taking into account transport and storage costs based on accounting, warehouse and production records, taking into account optimal delivery schemes, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimated documentation and the price of the Agreement.
3. The cost of the Contractor's expenses related to the payment of VAT to suppliers of material resources and other organizations for the provision of services (VAT compensation) is confirmed by payment documents upon delivery and acceptance of work performed. The paid value of VAT is compensated to the Contractor at the actual selling cost of the acquisition of resources and services received based on the data of the accounting, warehouse and production facilities, but not more than the amount of funds provided for by the estimate documentation and the price of the Agreement.
4. The customer considers all the proposals received, regardless of the possibility of providing the specified documents. Participants who apply for consent to the provision of the above documents will have a competitive advantage.
5. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061, part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
By sending an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to make sure that the Supplier is bona fide, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the Supplier's ability to independently fulfill its delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
