Payment terms:Payment for the work performed is made on the basis of the invoice within 30-90 (thirty-ninety) days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act on acceptance of work performed (form KS-2) and the Certificate of cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3)
Delivery terms:1. Duration of work - according to the plan for the implementation of civil works at the facilities (in the shops) of the enterprise (Appendix 1).
2. Supply of materials by the Contractor.
3. Technological and general industrial equipment - customer supply.
4. Performance of work in the conditions of existing production facilities (including the "torn" schedule, taking into account the production "windows" provided by the workshops for the performance of work).
5. It is mandatory to visit the Customer’s site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
