Comments:
this procedure the request for proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of competitive negotiation also is not public and not competition is governed by articles 1057-1061, part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.

The RFP documentation is available upon request at the reception of the documentation sent by e-mail (loktionov@infintrust.ru). Issuance of documentation produced within one working day from the date of receipt of the request. Terms of reference (annex 1 to the Treaty the provision of services) is available to any interested person within one business day from 10.00 till 17.00 from the date of the agreement between the customer and the person concerned a non-disclosure agreement ( form provided in the list of tender documentation) on the basis of a written statement specifying the name of the subject procurement and purchase unique ID, specified in the notice on the conduct of the request for proposals posted on the official website www.b2b-vr.ru. Technical specification is available in the form of an electronic document to the electronic medium of the person concerned. Electronic storage of the individual concerned containing signs of malicious computer programs (viruses), will not be accepted.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
