The contractor must provide:
• questionnaire (company card) of the tender participant;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of bukh. balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years (with regard to counterparties not participating in tenders in 2019);
• TCH, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the attached calculation, which indicates the cost of work and consumables to be replaced. Spare parts and materials are provided by the contractor;
b) the technical part (guaranteed terms of work; terms of guarantee for the result of work).
