Comments:
LLC "Kutynskaya GGC" invites you to take part in the competition for the performance of geodetic surveys for the objects "Road Mining complex - Ore Preparation complex", "Road Mining complex - Shift settlement", "Road Mining complex - Processing complex".
Place of work (provision of services): A schematic map of the area of work is presented in Appendix No. 3 to the TOR.
Terms of the beginning and end of the work (provision of services): from 29.07.2021 to 12.08.2021 (15 calendar days)
The beginning of work on a letter of guarantee from the Customer.
Requirements for the performance of works (provision of services):
1. Performing geodetic survey along the route " ruch. Long-uch. Talgiy", located in the Khabarovsk Territory of the Tuguro-Chumikansky district and in the P. Osipenko district.
2. Performing desk processing of materials in accordance with the requirements for the design of graphic materials given in Appendix No. 4 to the TOR.
3. Performing a topographic survey of the profile of the road route, with an average width of 15 meters.

Stages of work execution:
1. field work;
2. desk work;
3. processing of results and submission of the report.

When performing works, the Contractor should be guided by:
1. The Customer's standard is STP SUOT and PB 008 (Occupational health and Industrial safety Management System. Interaction with contractors in the field of labor protection and industrial safety)
2. SP 01-014 "Managing the activities of contractors and suppliers for environmental protection";
3. SP 01-014 "Managing the activities of contractors and suppliers for environmental protection";
- Instructions for safe BEHAVIOR WHEN MEETING PREDATORY ANIMALS!

The procedure for providing delivery services, accommodation and meals for the Contractor's employees at the Customer's facility:
1. Accommodation and meals of the Contractor's personnel are provided by the Contractor and at the expense of the Contractor and is his area of responsibility.
2. Delivery of personnel from Khabarovsk to the work site and back, placement for observation in Khabarovsk-by and at the expense of the Customer.
3. The customer does not provide the equipment, materials for performing the work. The customer can assist in concluding a direct contract with the company providing the supply of fuel to the place of work according to a preliminary request in the needs.


We will be grateful to receive your commercial offer with the following applications:
- a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person with information on the approval of the basic draft of the contract without disagreements, or the provision of an appropriate protocol of disagreements;
- the completed offer card (Adj. No. 3 to the letter);
- the completed Questionnaire of the counterparty (Adj. No. 4 to the letter) and the reference list;
- the charter (in the latest version with all amendments and additions);
- certificate of state registration (on assignment of the OGRN);
- certificate of tax registration;
- decision of the authorized management body of a legal entity on the appointment of an executive body;
- if necessary – a power of attorney for the person who signed the contract;
- letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in accordance with the form) (Adj. No. 5 to the letter).
