Comments:
The scope of work includes:
1. Mechanized sinking of ditches, trenches, including reclamation - 54100 m3;
2. Manual sinking of ditches (stripping to bedrock) - 750 m3;
3. Furrow sampling by mechanical means (cross section 10x5cm) including control testing (conjugate furrow / furrow along the furrow) - 2260 pcs.;
4. Skolkovoe (geochemical) testing of the canvas of ditches with a length of up to 5 m. - 1010 pcs.;
5. Complex topogeodetic support.

Detailed requirements for the project are reflected in the Terms of Reference and the Draft Contract (Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the ex. letter).
We ask you to consider the terms of reference and provide a commercial offer, which must necessarily contain:
1. KP in the form of a Proposal Card (Appendix No. 3 to ex. letter);
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. The constituent documents of the company according to the list in Appendix No. 5 to the ex. letter;
4. All necessary permits according to the TOR;
5. Consent of the head of the organization to the processing of personal data in the form of Appendix No. 6 to the ex. letter;
6. The completed questionnaire of the counterparty in the form of Appendix No. 7 to the ex. a letter.

If you have any questions and are interested in carrying out the work, we ask you to inform us about your readiness to implement the project, formulate a register of questions and provide an answer in a single letter.

This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.
