This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not governed by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Квалификационные критерии::-коммерческое предложение;
-согласие участника на заключение договора по типовой форме ООО «ТНГ-Казаньгеофизика» (указывается в коммерческом предложении);
-копия свидетельства о государственной регистрации (ОГРН);
-копия свидетельства о постановке на учёт в налоговом органе (ИНН);
-копия протокола собрания учредителей о назначении директора (либо копия доверенности на подписание договора, приказ о назначении);
-копия устава (первые три листа и последний лист);
-копия лицензии (если имеется);
-копия выписки из Единого государственного реестра юридических лиц (не позднее одного месяца);
-банковские реквизиты (карта предприятия);
-финансовая отчетность (бухгалтерский баланс, отчет о финансовых результатах) с квитанцией о приеме налоговой инспекции за последнюю отчетную дату;
-налоговая декларация по НДС, налогу на прибыль за последнюю отчетную дату с квитанцией о приеме налоговой инспекции;
-справка о состоянии расчетов по налогам, сборам, пеням, штрафам и процентов с налоговой инспекции со сроком не более 30 дней со дня выдачи справки
