Payment for the Work performed is made in stages, according to the Schedule of work within 15 banking days after receipt of funds for the work performed from the Customer, but no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties at the appropriate stage of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed

2. the Bidders of this procedure must attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure and the documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before the bids opening. in case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.

4.1. Commercial proposal in the form of an estimate compiled according to the Collection of prices for Survey work for Capital Construction, Moscow 1982 (approved and put into effect by Resolution of the USSR State Construction Committee dated 07/16/1981 No.121), confirmation of the following conditions:
- unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Buyer's editorial office;
- confirmation that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with this request for proposals, or with information about the proposed alternative solutions (equivalents).
4.2. copies of documents:
- Partner card;
- OGRN certificate;
- TIN certificate;
- Boom balance for 2020-2022;
- VAT declaration for 2022.
- Documents confirming the quality of products by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).
