toxicity of soils, waters (underground and aboveground), potential
risks and restrictions on the construction and further operation of the capital construction facility.
The survey and report must contain everything necessary and sufficient for the development of design and working documentation, submission and
passing of expertise, obtaining a construction permit.
Including, but not limited to, obtaining certificates and conclusions from authorized bodies.

- Research and assessment of the radiation situation, including soils,
surface and groundwater;
- Soil research;

soil, surface and groundwater contamination;
- To determine the necessity and approximate scope of reclamation works;
- Laboratory chemical and analytical studies;
- Perform an analysis and general assessment of the impact of the SPZ of the projected object and the objects adjacent to the site, put on the SPZ scheme.
To give a conclusion about the possibility of placing the projected
object on the land plot, taking into account the mutual influence of the SPZ.
- Identify and indicate in the report, put on the diagram the presence
/absence, within the boundaries of the survey site and the zone around it,
specially protected natural territories, cultural
heritage sites and monuments, as well as their protected/protective zones
