Perform engineering and geological surveys in order to obtain the necessary
and sufficient materials for the development of the design and working documentation stage for site and linear objects, engineering protection measures, assessment of hazardous engineering-geological and man-made processes and
phenomena, taking into account the forecast of their changes. Obtaining positive conclusions and
approvals from expert bodies, obtaining a construction permit.

Comments:
- To ensure the study of engineering-geological and hydrogeological conditions;
- Perform collection and analysis of archived data;
- Drilling of wells should be carried out by the column method in shortened flights
- Perform geological documentation of the well core;
- Perform the travel documentation of the core of mine workings (wells);
- In the process of drilling wells and documentation to provide
control over the drilling of the drilling projectile, changing the drilling mode;
- The selection of monoliths should be carried out using a core pipe, packaging and
transportation of samples to the laboratory should be carried out in accordance with the requirements
GOST 12071-2014 and other regulatory documents;
- Laboratory tests of soils and water should be carried out only in
accredited laboratories, in accordance with current regulatory documents. To substantiate the composition of laboratory studies in the Survey Program and coordinate with the Project Organization (Customer);
- Provide the necessary regulatory and design characteristics
of the allocated IGE.
- perform laboratory studies of the physical and mechanical properties of soils;
- To determine the aggressiveness of soils and groundwater to metal and
reinforced concrete structures;
- Perform sampling of undisturbed addition in a volume
that ensures the separation of the section into engineering and geological elements (IGE).
The total number of samples for each of the allocated IGE should be sufficient
to obtain reliable and statistically secured characteristics
allocated IGE according to GOST 20522-2012. To determine the mechanical
properties of soils, take at least 6 samples of undisturbed structure for each
isolated IGE. To determine the physical properties of soils
- take at least 10 samples for each selected IGE
- To determine the potential threat of the built-up area by the nature
(degree) of flooding by the security of 1%, 5%, 10%.
- Identify complex or dangerous geological processes and make recommendations
on the implementation of appropriate measures;
 to determine the category of soils according to the difficulty of development by the mechanisms of the
GESN;
- To clarify the category of complexity of engineering and geological conditions;
- Prepare a forecast of possible changes in the IGU over time
- Prepare a forecast of possible changes in hydrogeological conditions over
time, indicating specific groundwater levels
- Perform tests of soils by static sounding to the depth of drilling,
at least 6 points.
- The results of the sounding should include data on the bearing capacity of piles
with a cross section of 300x300 and 350x350.
- Specify the area of seismic activity (for the OSR A map);
- Specify the filtration coefficients for each IGE.
- At the request of the Customer, submit for control and acceptance of engineering
survey copies of field logs and raw laboratory data;
- The characteristics of the structures, the location and number of wells are shown in the
diagram. The location of the wells should be adjusted in accordance with the topography,
actually located underground networks on the survey site.
- Depth 62pcs. wells, previously, take 25m, from the existing
relief, except for 10 pcs. the wells indicated on the diagram, with a depth of 30 m, should be
agreed with the Customer in the test program. The total drilling
volume is 1850 m.by year. Drilling is carried out to rocky or weakly deformable soils,
capable of receiving loads from piles-racks with a depth in the layer according
to the requirements of regulatory documentation, if such soils are
opened at a depth less than indicated above.
- Wells should be tamped with drilled soil at the end of drilling, if
necessary, with cement mortar.
- Install a camera with GPS on the mast of the drilling rig, take pictures of each well from the beginning to the end of the work. During, and at the end of the work, the video files are transferred to the Customer
. There is a separate file with the well number for each well. Each video should show the time, date and GPS coordinates of the shooting.
In case of detection of unforeseen complex or dangerous natural and man-made conditions in the course of field engineering surveys that may
adversely affect the construction and operation of structures and the habitat, the contractor of engineering surveys must inform the developer or
technical customer of the need for additional study and amendments to the contract regarding changes in volumes, types and methods of work
- For each well, the Contractor makes a calculation of the drilled material with photo fixation. The photos are transmitted to the customer in the course of the work.
- The Customer, in order to control the Contractor's work, has the right to perform control drilling by a third-party organization. In case of discrepancies between the materials
received by the Contractor and during control drilling, the Customer has the right to withhold from the Contractor the full cost of the survey.

The project provides for the construction of buildings and structures:
- Warehouse complex with ABH;
- CHECKPOINT;
- Pumping station with fire-fighting reserve tanks;
- Boiler room;
- LOS;
- DSU No. 1;
- DSU No. 2;
- RTP;
- sites for solid waste.
The projected warehouse building is frame with reinforced concrete columns, metal trusses and curtain walls made of sandwich panels, without a technical floor with a flat, combined roof, with an internal drain.
The administrative and household part is 3-storey.
The foundation is piled, the depth of the piles is 12 m, the grillage is 3 m.

Engineering survey reports are transmitted to the Customer:
on paper in the amount of 2 copies;
electronic version of the results of engineering surveys in the amount of 2 copies.
On electronic media, reports are transmitted:
the text part in Microsoft Word format; the graphic part in AUTOD 2010 and higher format;
the general (text part + graphic part) in non-editable pdf format. with signatures of performers and with graphical applications.
The paper copies of the accounting documentation and the graphic part should be certified with the signatures of the head of the organization and the chief engineer, the round seal of the organization.
