Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed is made in stages, according to the Work Schedule within 15 banking days after receipt of funds for the work performed from the Customer, but no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the date of signing by the Parties at the appropriate stage of the Act of acceptance of the work performed
Delivery terms:The deadline for the work is 20.03.2023.
Georeferencing:Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan), Nizhnekamsk, Industrial Zone-10, JSC "Nizhnekamsktehuglerod".
Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure and documents according to the list to their proposals in electronic form before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The location of the object: the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsk, Industrial Zone-10, JSC "Nizhnekamsktehuglerod".
4. To be provided upon request for proposals:
4.1. Commercial offer in the form of an estimate compiled according to the Collection of Prices for Survey work for Capital Construction, Moscow 1982 (approved and put into effect by the Decree of the USSR State Construction Committee of 16.07.1981 No. 121), confirmation of the following conditions:
- unconditional signing of the draft contract in the Buyer's editorial office;
- confirmation that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with this request for proposals, or with information about the proposed alternative solutions (analogues).
4.2. Copies of documents:
- Partner card;
- OGRN certificate;
- TIN certificate;
- Boom balance for 2020-2022;
- VAT declaration for 2022.
- Documents confirming the quality of products by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).
5. Deadline - 20.03.2023

Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
