This request for proposal procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations.

As part of the commercial offer, I ask you to send the completed Questionnaire of the counterparty – the form in the attachment, Consent to the processing of personal data – the form in the attachment, constituent documents according to the list:
1. the charter (in the latest edition with all amendments and additions);
2. certificate of state registration (on assignment of OGRN);
3. certificate of tax registration;
4. decision of the authorized management body of a legal entity on the appointment of an executive body;
5. letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
6. extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
7. accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
8. bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months.

10. Counterparty questionnaire on the directed form

If you have any questions about this project, I ask you to formulate all questions in a single letter by 11/28/2022.

The customer reserves the right not to consider offers from companies that have not provided KP and /or have provided kp not in the form of an offer card, as well as not in full (without specifying equipment, staffing, etc. (see the offer card tabs).

The names of the documents must correspond to their contents.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
