Settlements for completed work shall be made upon completion of work within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment) drawn up on the basis of the Act on acceptance of work performed by the Parties, subject to the transfer of the result of work to the Customer in full, with properly executed documentation, in accordance with Section 5 of the Agreement and the requirements of the Terms of Reference
