Engineering and hydrometeorological surveys are carried out in 2 stages. The Customer notifies the Contractor additionally about the need to perform Stage 2.
The purpose of the research:
Stage 1. The Investment Justification stage.
First of all - according to archival documents, open sources and, if necessary, on the ground - to determine the feasibility of conducting engineering and hydrometeorological surveys, notify the Customer of the results.
The main purpose of the first stage is to determine the risk of flooding/flooding of the site by surface waters, including waters from neighboring sites and territories. As well as the risks of occurrence of dangerous hydrometeorological processes and phenomena at the survey site that impose restrictions on the construction and further operation of the capital construction facility(s), linear facilities and engineering protection facilities.
Stage 2. Stage Design and working documentation.
To supplement the documentation with everything necessary and sufficient for the development of design and working documentation, including, if necessary, engineering protection structures, passing an examination, obtaining a construction permit.
Requirements for the performance of engineering surveys:
Stage 1. The Investment Justification stage.
- Perform a reconnaissance survey of the survey object;
- Perform a complex of field hydrological and morphological works (if necessary)
- Provide a description of the hydrometeorological study of the design area; (if necessary)
- Provide a description of the climatic conditions of the survey area; (if necessary)
- Provide a description of the hydrological regime of the water bodies of the survey area; (if necessary)
- To characterize dangerous hydrometeorological processes and phenomena;
- Perform the calculation of the security curve 10%, 5%, 1%, 0,5% flooding of the site by flood waters and atmospheric precipitation.
- Preparation of a general conclusion with the allocation of the boundaries of territories with special conditions of use (areas of flooding /flooding) and territories at risk of dangerous hydrometeorological processes and phenomena in the survey area.
- To coordinate the program and the scope of work with the Customer.
Stage 2. Stage Design and working documentation.
To supplement the documentation with everything necessary and sufficient for the development of design and working documentation, including, if necessary, engineering protection structures, examination, obtaining a construction permit.

Comments: The total area of the exploration site is approximately 31.12 hectares.
The project provides for the construction of buildings and structures:
- Warehouse complex with ABH;
- CHECKPOINT;
- Pumping station with fire-fighting reserve tanks;
- Boiler room;
- LOS;
- DSU No. 1;
- DSU No. 2;
- RTP;
- sites for solid waste.
The projected warehouse building is frame with reinforced concrete columns, metal trusses and curtain walls made of sandwich panels, without a technical floor with a flat, combined roof, with an internal drain. The administrative and household part is 3-storey.
The foundation is piled, the depth of the piles is 12 m, the grillage is 3 m.
Accuracy, reliability, composition, design and reliability of surveys must meet the requirements:

Stage 1.

electronic version of engineering survey results on CD-R discs in 1 (one) copy.
Stage 2.
Engineering survey reports are transmitted to the Customer:
on paper in the amount of 3 (three) copies;
electronic version of the results of engineering surveys in the amount of 2 (two) copies.
Reports are transmitted on electronic media:
the text part in Microsoft Word format;
the graphic part in the format of AutoCAD 2010 and above;
general (text part + graphic part) in non-editable pdf format. with signatures of performers and with graphical applications.
