Comments:
1. Engineering surveys should be performed in accordance with JV 47.13330.2016 in the volume sufficient for design and construction works.
2. All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3. This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Russian Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that he agrees in the event of announcing its winner to conclude a contract for delivery of the standard form of JSC "ZTK" without a protocol of disagreement and deliver on the terms specified in the announcement of the purchase.
