Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
payment for the completed works is made with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days after the Parties sign the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works, subject to the provision by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) an invoice,
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP:
Payment for the completed works is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor, an invoice, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or in other ways agreed by the parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
Duration of Work: 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
Interim deadlines for the execution of works:
- engineering and geodetic surveys - provision of intermediate materials (topography) in *.dwg format no more than 15 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Provision of Reports - within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- engineering and geological surveys - provision of intermediate materials (characteristics of soil properties) no more than 15 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Provision of Reports - within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- engineering and environmental surveys - provision of Reports within 60 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Preparation of Reports on each type of work is executed in a separate document.
Early execution of works is possible.
