Final payment for the executed works in the amount of 30 (thirty)% of the final price of the contract, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the positive conclusion of the state examination by the customer on the results of engineering Surveys, subject to presentation of payment documents by the contractor (invoice, invoice for payment), issued on the basis of the signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works.
