Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the contractor within 5 (five) calendar days after the parties sign this Treaty lists on account of the subcontractor advance payment (payments) in the amount of 20% of the value of work performed.
Payment for Work specified in clause 1.1 of this Agreement shall be made in accordance with the schedule of activities for the full implementation of such works, based on Executive estimates of acts of works done, netting reconciliation acts signed by the parties, the application invoices by transferring money to the account of the subcontractor.
Payments for executed Work volume carried out by the contractor within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of an act of acceptance of the executed works on phase (annex 7 to the agreement) if there is exhibited a subcontractor invoice for payment. Subcontractor shall not later than 5 days of the month following the month in which the Subcontractor has completed work on phase, according to the schedule, to provide Contractor acceptance certificate of executed works in the form of attachment № 7.
