Comments:
The organizer has the right to hold the second stage (rebidding), if received
unsatisfactory results in the first stage. Before rebidding will be
allowed no more than 50% of applicants with the best prices of the total
participants. The winner of the procedure will be recognized as the proposal of the applicant who has offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements of the documentation.
The quotation must be submitted by 07.07.19. 12:00 (Moscow time),
Proposals subject to a specified date will not be considered.
Except for the case of the decision of the second stage of bidding for a limited list of suppliers.
