Payment terms:Оплата выполненных работ производится по каждому объекту (электросетевому комплексу) в течение 30 календарных дней с момента подписания сторонами акта приема и передачи оказанных услуг (выполненных работ) по каждому объекту согласно форме приложения №4.
Подрядчик предоставляет счет-фактуру на платеж за выполненные работы в течение 5 дней с момента поступления денежных средств на расчетный счет ПОДРЯДЧИКА.
ЗАКАЗЧИК вправе задержать ПОДРЯДЧИКУ платежи в случаях обнаружения недостатков в выполненных и представленных к оплате работах до их устранения.
Delivery terms:8. Срок выполнения работ: Подрядчик приступает к выполнению работ с момента подписания договора. Срок окончания выполнения работ 15.03.2017г.
