Lot #1. Cadastral work to be performed on the land plots under the facilities of Production Department Troitskye Electric Networks and land-use planning with the purpose of establishment of guard zones at the facilities of the power grid complex.
Lot #2. Cadastral work to be performed on the land plots under the facilities of Production Department Magnitogorskye Electric Networks and land-use planning with the purpose of establishment of guard zones at the facilities of the power grid complex.
Lot #3. Range of cadastral work to be performed on establishment of the boundaries of the land plots and land-use planning work on registration of the data on the guard zones in the State Immovable Property Cadastre at Zlatoustovskye Electric Networks
Lot #4. Range of cadastral work to be performed on establishment of the boundaries of the land plots and land-use planning work on registration of the data on the guard zones in the State Immovable Property Cadastre at Central Electric Networks
Lot #5. Range of cadastral work to be performed on establishment of the boundaries of the land plots and land-use planning work on registration of the data on the guard zones in the State Immovable Property Cadastre at Chelyabinskye City Electric Networks

Requirements to the participants:
1. Наличие не менее чем у четырех работников Участника ООК квалификационных аттестатов кадастровых инженеров;
2. Наличие специального оборудования, необходимого для выполнения работ, составляющих предмет ООК;
3. Наличие за последние два года опыта выполнения кадастровых работ в отношении земельных участков, в том числе, занятых линейными объектами электросетевого хозяйства, суммарная протяженность которых составляет не менее 5 000 км.
4. Наличие за последние два года опыта выполнения землеустроительных работ по внесению в ГКН сведений о границах охранных зон по объектам электросетевого хозяйства, суммарная протяженность которых составляет не менее 5 000 км.
5. Отсутствие не выполненных в срок обязательств перед ОАО «МРСК Урала» по ранее заключенным договорам на выполнение аналогичных работ по зависящим от Участника причинам;
6. Участник не должен находиться в процессе ликвидации, являться неплатежеспособным, банкротом;

Decision of the competitive commission:
For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier Челябинский филиал ФГУП "Ростехинвентаризация - Федеральное БТИ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 3 540 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 3 000 000,00 RUB).
For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier Челябинский филиал ФГУП "Ростехинвентаризация - Федеральное БТИ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 1 156 400,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 980 000,00 RUB).
