invites you to take part in a tender for AVTOVAZ JSC
No. 76 / B Overhaul of motor boxes in building 50 and wardrobe No. 202 in building 5/1 of SIVPI AVTOVAZ JSC.
Scope of work: performance of work in accordance with defective statements on the basis of estimates drawn up on the basis of the regulations of AVTOVAZ JSC and agreed with the responsible services
Timing of work: performance of work up to 11/30/2020 (the timing can be adjusted based on the results of the tender procedure),
Place of work: AvtoVAZ JSC, Southern Highway 36
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
1. Prequalification of bidders (acceptance of the Application package of documents, documents of title for accreditation in the UEB (if necessary)),
2. Formation and collection of technical and commercial proposals (visits to works, submission of proposals, their analysis, technical alignment, decision on nomination).
If you wish to be declared in the tender procedure, you must send the Application package of documents, namely:
1. Contractor profile,
2. The list of types of work (if not previously provided),
3. Reference list (with a depth of not more than 3 years),
4. Permits for work (extract from SRO)
APPLICATION PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRICE !!
The cost of work is provided for 2-3 cal. weeks from the date of completion of the collection of applications for participation in the tender, also during the specified period:
1. It is necessary to visit the facility
2. Organizations not accredited to the UEB of AVTOVAZ JSC must provide documents according to the list attached to the tender documentation).
Requirements for bidders:
1. Performance of work in accordance with the defective statements of the Customer, within the time agreed upon with the Customer,
2. Experience in performing these works,
3. The presence of SRO,
4. Consent to conclude a model contract as amended by AVTOVAZ JSC;
5. The presence of their own certified and valid certificates for the performance of this type of work personnel;
6. Own material and technical base;
7. Warranty obligations for the work performed, the warranty period for continuous operation of the materials, from the moment of commencement of operation, must be not less than the factory of the manufacturer,
The application is accepted until 12:00 on May 14, 2020 (Moscow time).
Documents submitted later will not be accepted for consideration.
