Comments:
1. More detailed information is contained in the accompanying letter.

2. the proposals will not be accepted without the file documentation:
- commercial proposals;
- the completed card offers (calculating the cost of execution of works);

3. submission of bids on individual Lots.

4. The criteria for choosing the best offer: the availability of the necessary instruments to conduct activities, experience, quality, schedule, cost, terms of payment.

5. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;

6. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer

7. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, but the terms of the contract will be binding for the winning bidder.
