Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. payment shall be made within 30 days after reception of the Act of the executed works.
Delivery terms:according to the results of the work, the contractor provides to the customer:
1) approved land layout (design documentation of forest site);
2) boundary land plans (1 copies in hard copy and 1 copy in electronic form);
3) cadastral passport of land (1 copies on paper);
4) acts approved by the established procedure of full-scale technical survey (if necessary)
5) past State registration of lease contracts of forest land;
6) forest management
7) the positive conclusion of State expertise of projects of development of forests;
8) Forest Declaration

1. Extract from the USRLE
2. A copy of the Declaration on the VAT with certificate of filing by the tax authority.
3. Certificate of state registration of legal entity
4. Certificate of registration of legal entity with the tax authorities
5. Certificate of no outstanding tax liability issued not earlier than 30 days before the submission date.
6. Charter
Compulsory provision of commercial deals signed and sealed.
