Comments:
Mandatory requirements for Participants:

1. Proven work experience in the commercial real estate sector;

2. Experience in the implementation of objects with an area of at least 2000 m2;

3. Full-time staff of at least 20 people;

4. Availability of SRO for design and construction, license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for design and installation of fire protection systems;

5. Experience in implementing projects in Class A business centers;

6. Experience of modernization of general house engineering systems of a class A building.
