Auto-extension

Payment terms:Transfer the advance to a separate checking account with the agreed bank (for the purchase of materials), but the total advance is not more than 30% of the contract value.

In order to ensure the Subcontractor fulfillment of the work quality obligations, the General Contractor withholds the amount of 5% (including 20% VAT) from payments each month works. The amount withheld is refundable to the Subcontractor:
- 3 per cent (Three per cent) after 6 (six) months from the date of signing the Final Act of Reception of the Results of Work (Annex 4), taking into account all the retention provided for in this Agreement.
- 2 per cent (Two per cent) after the warranty period for work performed as set out in paragraph 11.2. of this Agreement (60 months).

Attached to the offer: Excel commercial offer (by form in attachment), a major transaction reference, a scan of SRO membership registry statements, a description of the stained glass system.
The commercial offer should take into account all the terms and requirements listed in the technical assignment and working documentation, the cost of all basic, supporting and other materials (not mentioned in the commercial offer) with delivery, wages, machinery and arrangements, transportation, overhead, estimated profits, limited costs, temporary buildings and facilities, need for advance, warranty times, and the possibility of providing a bank guarantee for the amount of advance requested. Unaccounted for in the calculation, including error, the work (including materials) is performed by the Contractor without increasing the total cost of the work. All materials used must be certified.
The Customer has the right to split the amount of work under this tender between several contractors.
The contractor is required to visit and inspect the construction site, as well as to obtain all information that may be necessary to prepare a commercial proposal.

The Customer also has no obligation to reimburse the Purchase Participants or other third parties for any expenses or any loss related to participation in the request for proposals. The procurement participant, taking part in the request for proposals procedure, confirms that they have read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
The organizer has the right to retrade if the result is unsatisfactory in the first phase. The winner of the procedure will be the bid of the applicant who offered the best conditions according to the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
