Payment terms:
Payment for work under the Agreement is made by the Customer to the account of the Contractor within 80 (Eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties:
- in relation to the work on the development of working documentation - the acceptance certificate of the work performed on the development of working documentation;
- in relation to Works on applying fire-retardant coating - Information on the cost of work performed and costs in the form No. KS-3, the Certificate of acceptance of work performed in the form No. KS-2, based on the original invoice and invoice issued by the Contractor (transferred to the Customer) ;
- in relation to the Services for supervision - Acts on the services rendered in the reporting month.
The customer makes payment in the amount of 90% (ninety percent), including VAT, of the cost specified in the Certificate on the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) signed by the Parties.
The final settlement under the Agreement is carried out in accordance with clauses 6.6-6.9 of the Agreement.

In accordance with the Terms of Reference and the draft agreement of the Customer.

The Organizer has the right to refuse the request for proposals, as well as complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the Organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
In accordance with the provisions of subparagraph 1) clause 2.1. Article 1 of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "On the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services, by Certain Types of Legal Entities", the said federal law does not apply to the activities of PJSC "Unipro" related to the procurement of goods (works, services), since the total revenue of Unipro PJSC from the activities carried out in the sphere of natural monopolies, as well as from the regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ dated July 18, 2011, does not exceed 10% of the total revenue from all types of activities carried out by PJSC "Unipro".
A set of working documents for the procurement procedure is provided to potential participants upon a written request sent to the e-mail address of the person in charge (Request Form - Appendix No. 1).
