Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:The total cost of the unclosed advance may not exceed the amount of 60% of the cost of materials and 50% of the cost of work. Advance payment is provided at the bidding of the contractor after approval of the technical customer.
For an advance payment of more than 10,000,000 rubles, a bank guarantee is required.
