Companies that have been accredited by the FGC Group of Companies will be admitted to the 2nd stage (https://fsk.ru/about/tenders ) and submitted KP that meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
STAGE 2 - Conducting online bidding on the B2B-Center ETP among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies that took part in the 1st stage of the tender procedure.
Within the deadlines set after the 1st stage, it is necessary to upload the final KP to the B2B-Center site in xls and pdf format, certified by the signature of the Director General and the seal of the organization, taking into account possible comments worked out after the preliminary stage.
The cost of the offer on the site must correspond to the data specified in the KP submitted by the participant in the uploaded documentation.
Offers without the downloaded TKP file will NOT be considered.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
