Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment is provided in the amount of 30% of the Bidder's offer. A guarantee deduction of 5% is provided for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the last act of completed works by both parties. An interim closure is envisaged within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the act on the completed works in the form of KS-2 and KS-3 certificates by both parties.
Delivery terms:The term of work is not more than 10 calendar days.
