Dear participants, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that contractual relations are concluded only with companies that have passed the accreditation procedure for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies (No. 178) on the B2B-center.ru ETP. The accreditation procedure is free.
Submission of a commercial proposal is carried out in the form of a commercial part in the form of Appendix 2 (Appendix Tab), indicating the total cost of the purchase in rubles. excluding VAT (including indicate the Cost of construction and installation work for the repair of 29.48 tons and the Cost of Manufacturing 17.99 tons of metal structures) and the technical part in the form of Appendices 3,4,5,6.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.
