- Payment on the fact of performance of works within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing of the Act on acceptance of executed works;
Required:
- The advance amount is not more than 20% of the total cost (in case of advance request);
- Bank guarantee of advance payment (in case of prepayment requirement);
- Bank guarantee of performance of obligations in the amount not less than 10% of the amount of the contract in case of the contract amount more than 10 mln rubles;
- Bank guarantee of due performance of guarantee obligations in the amount of not less than 5% of the contract amount of the contract amount of more than 10 mln rub;
- The bank should be included in the top-30 banks of the Russian Federation on assets and on own capital according to the rating "Interfax-100".

Inspection of the object of repair is possible only after 13:00 on working days in agreement with I.M. Melaniym.
