Payment terms:
Financing of the purchase of materials/equipment necessary for the performance of work can be partially carried out in advance, directly to the supplier's settlement account. The contractor must indicate the presence or absence of the necessary advance payment of materials.
The possibility of performing works without advance payment is one of the criteria for competitive selection.
Advance payment for SMR/mobilization is not considered.
Interim payments for the work performed are made monthly based on the volume of work performed as of the 20th day of the paid month, based on documents confirming the acceptance of work for the paid month, in the following order:
- 93% of the cost of work specified in the form of COP-3 approved by the General Contractor, minus the amount of repayment of the advance, the General Contractor pays within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of signing by the General Contractor of the forms COP-2, COP-3 for the paid month, subject to the provision of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation;
- the remaining 7% of the cost of the work specified in the form KS-3 approved by the General Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the "reservation amount"), the General Contractor pays within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the full range of works, provided that the Contractor transfers to the General Contractor a set of technical and executive documentation in accordance with the requirements of RD "11-02-2006".
The acceptance certificate of the full range of works is issued after the actual completion of the work and the elimination by the Contractor of all comments / shortcomings, within 15 working days after the occurrence of the last of the events:
- providing the General Contractor with a complete set of properly executed technical and executive documentation for the work performed in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations, codes of rules, SNiP, and other regulatory documents;
- issuance of a permit for the commissioning of the Facility by the SGSNeE;
- transfer of the result of the work performed to the operation of the Management Company.

The tender procedure takes place in 2 stages.
At the first stage of the tender, commercial proposals received within the deadline set in the letter are considered.
The selection of Contractors to participate in the second stage of the tender is based on the analysis of the criteria set out below:
1) Positive work experience at facilities of similar complexity and availability of valid permits for these types of work;
2) Availability of necessary production capacities (number of employees by category, characteristics of fixed assets of the enterprise);
3) The cost of work in prices at the date of the tender;
4) Deadlines for the complex of works.
A completed participant information card must be provided.
Based on the results of consideration of commercial proposals and documentation of participants, the General Contractor approves the composition of participants in the second stage of the tender. The conditions for participation in the second stage of the tender are sent by a separate letter.
