Payment is made by the Customer, subject to the receipt from the Contractor of an invoice for payment duly issued in the name of the Customer. The customer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of performance of works, provision of services and signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the performance of services , works.
The participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged, within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, to open a current account with JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the agreement in relation to the conclusion of which the request for proposals was carried out

Участник должен предоставить на рассмотрение:
1) Описание компании, опыта работы и выполнения аналогичных проектов, заданий.
2) Подробное описание объёма работ, включая программу планируемых к выполнению работ, соответствующие требованиям настоящего Технического задания.
3) Подробные резюме членов проектной команды, включая преподавателя (тренера) и команды для выполнения работ с указанием квалификации, опыта работы и выполнения конкретных проектов, заданий, проведения тренингов.
4) Расчёт стоимости услуг, включая трудозатраты проектной команды и часовые/дневные ставки специалистов, расшифровку сопутствующих расходов. Расчёт стоимости должен предусматривать разделение стоимости работ по каждому этапу
