Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. It is NECESSARY for participants of the procedure to electronically submit to their proposals in electronic form, until the envelopes are opened, attach the applicant's COMMERCIAL OFFER in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (with delivery dates) signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure (form attached) and documents in accordance with clause 6 of the comment of this procedure at the same time as the proposal If a participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

3. The calculation of the cost must be provided for the volume specified in the attached form of the commercial offer in order to establish and fix the value of the unit price. After determining the winner of the procurement procedure, the commercial offer will be recalculated for actual volumes in accordance with the working documentation taking into account the fixed cost per unit.

4. When selecting the winner of the request for proposals, the results of the coordination of attracting a subcontractor of NOVATEK-Pur JSC will be taken into account.
In case of refusal in coordination from the Customer’s side, the next Applicant will be considered as the winner according to the technical and commercial rating.

5. Delivery and storage of materials supplied by the Customer and the Subcontractor (as part of the work performed) is carried out by the Subcontractor.

6. For submission upon request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer (in the attached form);
- Letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Contractor;
- A letter stating that all costs for construction and installation work and commissioning, including mobilization / demobilization of personnel and equipment, accommodation, meals, fuel supply, organization of a warehouse, delivery and storage of materials supplied by the Customer and Subcontractor (as part of the work) are included in the cost of commercial offers;
- Letter of acceptance of the terms of payment for work performed;
- Signed production schedule;
- signed Appendix No. 2a to the subcontract agreement
- A letter on the implementation of the whole complex of works on its own, when attracting a Sub-Contractor, it is necessary to provide information on the division of the scope of work;
- A copy of an extract from the register of SRO members issued not earlier than one month before the deadline for submission of proposals;
- Charter;
- Decisions of the founders (shareholders) on making changes to the constituent documents;
- Decisions of founders (shareholders);
- Certificates of registration of legal entities, re-registration and tax registration at the location;
- Licenses, if the work performed, services relate to the type of activity subject to licensing;
- The balance sheet and income statement for the last reporting period, the audit report;
- Declaration of VAT and income tax for the last reporting period;
- Certificate of the Inspectorate of Tax Inspection on the taxpayer's fulfillment of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, penalties, fines, interest and the status of tax settlements (not older than 30 days)
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unable) (not older than 30 days);
- Letters of the State Statistics on the assigned codes (including OKVED);
- Information about the applicable tax regime and, if the organization applies the simplified taxation authority, notification of the tax authority of the transition to a simplified tax system
- Card with samples of signatures and seals;
- Information about the location of the counterparty at the place of registration, the actual location (documents confirming the right of rent, ownership of the accommodation facilities);
- A copy of the passport of the manager and (or) person signing the contract with the counterparty;
- A copy of the order of appointment of the chief accountant;
- Information about experience, technical equipment, availability of bases, number and qualification of personnel (Appendix No. 1-3);
- Information on reviews and recommendations (Appendix No. 4).
