Dear participants, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that contractual relations are concluded only with companies that have passed the accreditation procedure for METALLOINVEST Group of Companies (No. 178) on the B2B-center.ru ETP. The accreditation procedure is free.
Completion of works is carried out in accordance with the Separation List (Appendix).
The dividing list contains Self-completing by the Contractor (Contractor tab). This group requires the submission of a commercial proposal.
It is obligatory to indicate the TOR for the Contractor's materials in the Separation List. It is forbidden to change the numbering and name of the MTP in the statement.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TCH and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TCH will be rejected.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be removed from participation in the Purchase, and if the inaccuracy of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Agreement, such Agreement may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after the selection of the Winner.
