Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment of the contract price of the work performed is made by the customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works, suspended 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate of executed works, subject to the the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set of the following documents: signed by the Parties Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2); signed by the parties for information on the cost of work performed (COP-3); the original invoice; the original invoice, assuming no claims and demands from the customer by the quality and timing of work performed.
The customer makes the final payment on the fact of reaching and passing by the contractor to the customer of the result works with delay 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of certificate of finished construction of the object (form COP-14), provided the submission by the contractor to the customer the full set of the following documents: certificate signed by the parties finished construction of the object (form COP-14); signed by the parties of the receipt of the executed works (form COP-2); signed by the parties for information on the cost of work performed (COP-3), a copy of the certificate of complete set of Executive documentation signed by the parties; the original invoice; the original invoice, assuming no claims and demands from the customer by the quality and timing of work performed. (Order and payment terms set by the parties in article 3. "The contract price and payment procedure")
