Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The general contractor pays the cost of the work actually performed within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the work performed (in the form of KS-2), a certificate of the cost of the work performed (in the form of KS-3), provision of an invoice for the work performed by transferring funds to the account of the Subcontractor.
Advance payment may be provided based on a review of the financial stability of the Subcontractor.
