Comments:
We ask you to consider the possibility of submitting a commercial offer to participate in the first (correspondence) stage of the competition for the execution of a complex of works on the design and construction of the facility "Technical re-equipment of storm sewer networks with surface wastewater treatment of EVRAZ Vanadium Tula JSC"
The scope of work to be evaluated in the commercial offer:
1. Lot No. 1: Design work, carrying out engineering and geological surveys, including passing an industrial safety examination;
2. Lot No. 2: Construction and installation works on technical re-equipment of storm sewer networks;
3. Lot No. 3: Performance of works on inspection/restoration/cleaning of external and internal (workshop) storm sewer networks
Please indicate the cost, terms and conditions of payment for the submitted commercial offer in accordance with the above explanations.
Planned dates of work:
According to item 1 – from 08.2022 to 03.20232;
According to item 2 – from 09.2022 to 04.2023;
According to item 3 – from 04.2022 to 07.2023.
The composition of the commercial offer.
If you agree to perform the proposed work, I ask you to submit a commercial offer (according to the form in the appendix) in electronic form by 12.00 on 21.07.2022 by e-mail: Oleg.Lazarev@evraz.com , to a copy of: Maksim.Tadzhiev@evraz.com in which to specify:
- the cost of work, including and without VAT for each stage / lot of the project and the commercial offer as a whole;
- the need for advance payments; the size, procedure and conditions for the execution of advance payments;
- payment procedure for the work performed;
- deadlines for each stage of the project and the commercial offer as a whole;
- other information on the organization of the execution of works that affect the quality, timing and cost.
The subject of the letter should include the following:
"KP for the technical re-equipment of storm sewer networks with surface wastewater treatment of EVRAZ Vanadium Tula JSC"
In the letter, along with the commercial offer, it is mandatory to enclose copies of the following documents or upload them to the cloud storage and attach a link:
- charter, OGRN, INN;
- decision and order on the appointment of the governing body;
- accounting statements (balance sheet) for the last reporting periods (2020-2021);
- a copy of the SRO certificate;
- agreement with the terms of the contract or the protocol of disagreements;
-a reference list for similar works, a description of the company in the form of a brief presentation.

2. All information in your commercial offer must comply with this request, the Terms of Reference and the Design Assignment, and have a final and unconditional character, which must be stated in the text of the offer;

5. The selection of the leaders of the correspondence stage of the competition is planned to be held no earlier than 10.08.2022.
6. The leaders of the first stage will be invited to participate in the second (in-person) stage by a separate request.
7. Personal presence is not required to participate in the correspondence stage of the competition.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
