The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages.
Stage 1: it is necessary to fill out the TAP form (attached to the tender documentation) and upload it via the B2B-Center ETP before 12:00, 03/10/2023 in excel and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and the seal of the organization).

Stage 2: it is necessary to fill in the prices for the B2B-Center ETP and DOWNLOAD the updated TAP form (attached to the tender documentation) in excel and scan formats (certified by the signature of the General Director and the seal of the organization). Offers without uploaded TKP files will NOT be considered.

1. A mandatory condition of the Tender is the fixing of the price.
2. A prerequisite for the Tender is the availability of valid accreditation of LLC “GC FGC".

Information for organizations that have not previously received accreditation to participate in tenders held by FGC GC LLC or the period of its receipt exceeds 1 (one) year:

3. Prices in the Commercial Offer for the Tender must be indicated with VAT.
4. If you do not agree to sign the attached form of the Contract of LLC "GC FGC", it is necessary to enclose your Protocol of disagreements when submitting a commercial offer.
5. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of FGC GC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the winner of the request for proposals is the participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1).
