Comments:
We ask you to consider the terms of reference and, if you are interested in providing these services, send a commercial offer consisting of:

1. A cover letter indicating the cost and detailed conditions of the work;
2. The completed RDC;
3. Completed offer card;
4. Completed beneficiary questionnaire from the head and all founders of the organization;
5. In accordance with the security policy of Polymetal Holding, as part of submitting a commercial offer, the Bidder must also provide the following documents:
- A letterhead and sealed consent to the processing of personal data addressed to the Managing Director of Kutynskaya GGC LLC Tarabarova Vasilina Valentinovna from the head and all founders of your organization;
- The Charter (in the latest edition) with all amendments and additions;
- Certificate of state registration (assignment of OGRN);
- Certificate of tax registration;
- The decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
- Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;

This offer request procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
