Within the framework of the present PKO, I ask to be guided by the following documents:
1. Notification of the implementation of the PKO
2. Annex № 1 to the notice-rules of pre-qualification selection
3. Appendix № 2 to the notice-application for participation in the PKO
4. Annex № 3 to the notice-structure of information provision
5. Appendix № 4 to the announcement-requirements for the construction of fiber-optic communication lines of PJSC "Megafon"
6. Appendix № 5 to the notice-model contract of PJSC "Megafon"

Please submit your application form (annexes 1) and all necessary documentation (pp. 10.1 of annex 1) in accordance with the structure of the files (annex 3) by a single archive (annex 1, 9)
