The composition of the Commercial offer:

1. The completed file "Appendix No. 1" in Excel format
2. A commercial offer with a signature and seal. The text should reflect the deadline and payment terms
3. Organization's account card
4. Balance sheet for two years
5. Income statement for two years
6. Availability of a license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for installation and commissioning of fire extinguishing systems
7. The presence of proven experience in the modernization of general house engineering systems in a Class A business center
8. Availability of SRO

The Organizer may request additional documentation.
